Seven Worlds Get the game

Terms of service

Seven Worlds: Myths & Puzzles (com.tilkly.sevenworlds) · Updated 7 September 2026

These terms are the rules for using Seven Worlds: Myths, History & Puzzles. They are an agreement between you and Jyoti Singh, trading as Tilkly, Appt 4113, 169 Avenue de Grande Bretagne, 31300 Toulouse, France. By installing or playing the game, you accept these rules. If you do not accept them, please do not play.

The law in your country may give you rights as a buyer. These terms do not take those rights away. If the law and these terms disagree, the law wins.

1. What you get

You may install and play Seven Worlds on devices you control for your own enjoyment. This permission is only for you. You cannot give or sell it to someone else, and we may end it if you break these rules. We still own the game, code, art, music, text and puzzles.

You agree not to:

  • copy, sell, rent or share the game or its content;
  • take the game apart to copy how it works, unless the law allows it;
  • cheat, use bots, change the app, or disturb our servers;
  • use another player's account, or sell, buy or transfer accounts;
  • copy large amounts of our content, including artifact records and story text.

2. Your account

You can play as a guest with no account. Signing in with Google creates an account so your progress can sync and the social features can work. Keep control of the Google account you use. Anyone who can use that Google account may also be able to use your game account.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Data → Delete Account or at https://thesevenworlds.com/delete-account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

3. Coins and other virtual items

Coins, artifacts, looks and other game items only work inside Seven Worlds. They are not money and have no cash value. You cannot sell them, trade them outside the game, swap them for money or withdraw them. We may change an item's Coin cost or what it does for a good reason, such as game balance or a fault. We may also stop selling an item.

Coins have no expiry date while your account is live. They end with the account, whether you delete it or we close it.

4. Purchases

Coins and the Inner Circle membership are sold by Google in the Play Store, at the price Google shows in your country, including any tax that applies. Google takes the payment; we never see your card details.

Your purchase arrives after Google confirms it. If you pay and the item does not arrive, write to support@tilkly.com with the order number and we will fix it.

Refunds and your 14-day cancellation right

Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy. Ask Google first; we can only correct our own mistakes.

If you live in the EU or UK, you usually have 14 days to change your mind about digital content. Game items arrive at once. At checkout, Google may ask you to agree that delivery can start now. Once it starts, you may lose that 14-day right to change your mind. You still have your legal rights if the item is broken or not what was promised.

Inner Circle membership

Inner Circle is a monthly or yearly plan that renews until you cancel it. Google handles the payment. Both plans give the same benefits: no ads, unlimited puzzle resets, free campaign hints, a monthly coin grant, and extra coins on every coin purchase. Cancel any time in the Play Store, under Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next payment; the benefits run until the end of the time you paid for. We do not refund part of that time unless the law says we must.

5. Advertising

Banner ads appear on puzzle boards for players who are not Inner Circle members. Some skips may offer an optional video ad. We do not choose each ad Google shows. If an ad looks illegal or tricks people, tell us at support@tilkly.com and we will report it to Google.

6. Treat other players well

Profiles, follows, feeds, gifts and leaderboards are for enjoying the game together. Do not bully, threaten, pretend to be, or harm another player. Do not use a name that is hateful, misleading, or not yours to use.

You can block a player and report content from inside the game. We review reports and may hide content, restrict features, or close an account.

7. What you write

You still own what you write, such as your display name and support messages. You allow us to store it and show it where the game needs it. We may remove anything that breaks these rules.

8. Availability and changes

Seven Worlds is a live game. We may add, change or remove content and features. We also need to stop the service at times for repairs. We try to protect what you earned, but we cannot promise that the game will always be online.

If we close the game, we will tell you in the app when we can. We will stop selling items before the game closes.

9. Ending these terms

You may stop at any time by deleting your account or uninstalling the game.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules. This includes cheating, payment fraud, attacks on the service, or harm to other players. If the problem is not serious, we will warn you first. You can ask us to review any decision by writing to support@tilkly.com. We do not refund items on an account closed for a serious rule break.

10. Our legal responsibility

We provide the game as it is. The law may give you promises that apply even when they are not written here. These terms do not remove them.

We do not limit our responsibility for fraud, or for death or injury caused by our carelessness. We also do not limit anything else that the law says cannot be limited. Where the law allows a limit, we are responsible only for loss we could reasonably expect when you accepted these terms. We are not responsible for lost profit or a missed business chance. If game items are lost because of our mistake, our normal fix is to replace them.

11. Law and disputes

French law applies to these terms. If you are a buyer who lives in the EU, you also keep the legal protection of your own country. You may bring a case in your own local courts.

Please talk to us first: support@tilkly.com. Many problems are a mistake or a bug, and we want to help.

12. Changes to these terms

We will change the date at the top when these terms change. If a major change affects you, we will tell you in the game before it starts. If you do not accept the change, stop playing and delete your account.
